The second Wonderland creature we get to meet in the Wonderland story is, of course, The Mouse; who Alice meets after nearly drowning the creature with her pool of tears from Alice's great cry. But the mouse won't be getting drenched this day as it's come prepared with its trusty umbrella, and a teacup to stand on, just for good measure!
Below here are just a couple of quick sketches I did for the mouse when brainstorming what I wanted to do for his portrait in the Portraits of Wonderland series I'm working on. I'll also be sharing some of the work I developed for the Dormouse character (the other mouse!) we meet later in the story, as well.
